Original Art Shop Policies

We get it—choosing the perfect piece of art for your space can feel like a big decision. What if it doesn’t look quite right? What if the colors don’t match your vision? That’s why we make it easy for you to bring original art into your home with confidence.


  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

    • Buyer must keep the original packaging if considering a return to save on return shipping costs.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at art@dicksonkingdom.com with your order number and reason for return.

    • Returns can be done in person or by shipping.

    • Once your return is acknowledged, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  3. Return Shipping Costs:

    • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging. This is why we recommend keeping the original packaging to save on shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
