One early spring morning I took a walk along our street in Borculo, Michigan. All the colors and lines were so gentle, I was instantly inspired, ran back home to grab all my oil supplies, came back and joyfully started to capture the view. The neighbor came up to me with excitement that I had found their view so worthy of a painting. And that is how it happens: you see it every day and one day you just see something you have never noticed before...and you want to capture that impression and the feeling...
