This view has been captured at the Riley Park, Holland, Michigan, one of the places I had come many times to sit on the beach and connect with the Universe and my inner self. During all the visits, however, lake Michigan is the main focus and marvel. This time, I looked up at the houses and the morning light had an interesting dialogue with me and I made the decision to paint this view back in my studio.
